Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to build broad exposure across stock, forecasting, logistics and retailer administration while supporting several client accounts.

The role offers training and development, with flexible hybrid working after training and the Beamsley office-based environment. The position suits candidates at all levels of experience and includes options for up to 50% remote work after training.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively by email and telephone.
• Ability to prioritise several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Stock and Forecasting Data: Provide data to support stock management and forecasting.
• Transport and 3PL Bookings: Arrange transport and third-party logistics bookings through online portals, email and telephone.
• Purchase Order Administration: Manage administration for purchase orders placed with suppliers.
• Retailer Administration: Set up new product lines and promotions on retailer portals and complete related administration.
• Financial Processing Support: Provide data and information to support financial processing by the accounts team.
• Supply Chain Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges.
