Job summary

AWD online, a food and drink consultancy established in 2010, invites you to grow your supply chain career. The role welcomes direct supply chain experience but focuses on transferable skills, with training provided and intermediate Excel expected.

The position covers stock, forecasting, logistics, and retailer administration across client accounts in a fast-moving, supportive environment. Hybrid working follows training, and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively by email and telephone.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-focused, able to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Stock and forecasting data to support stock management.
• Arrange transport and 3PL bookings via portals, email, and phone.
• Manage administration for purchase orders with suppliers.
• Set up new product lines and promotions on retailer portals; related admin.
• Provide data to support financial processing by accounts team.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day supply chain challenges.
