Job summary

Education Partnership North East is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment and Engagement Officer to drive enrolment through dynamic recruitment events and strong collaboration with schools and community partners.

You will plan open days, campus visits, and outreach activities, delivering engaging presentations to diverse learner groups while coordinating with Marketing and curriculum teams to promote the college's offers.

Qualifications

• Experience of public speaking such as delivering presentations or workshops.
• Experience of working in an events related or marketing role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Suitability to work with young people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Deliver Recruitment Events: Organise open days, campus visits and outreach activities.
• Promote College Offerings: Deliver engaging presentations and workshops.
• Develop External Partnerships: Build relationships with schools, community groups and partners.
• Event Promotion: Coordinate with Marketing to publicise events via digital and print channels.
• Track & Evaluate Impact: Use CRM data to monitor engagement and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Colleagues: Work with curriculum, student services and estates.
