Client Server Limited in Reigate is seeking a senior Technical Product Manager for SaaS Platform Engineering. You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform services, lead a development team and partner with stakeholders to deliver market-leading SaaS solutions for insurance clients.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model (WFH with in-office in Reigate) and a broad set of responsibilities, from backlog and release management to defining metrics, ROI and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Manager with technical background in software development.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across varying seniorities.
• Experience with Public Cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to break down complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Backlog, sprint, and release management experience.
• Ideally experience with authentication and authorisation technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more Platform services.
• Lead a development team to deliver measurable business value.
• Define requirements and prioritise outcomes with stakeholders across tech org.
• Manage product backlog, sprint goals and release priorities.
• Define product metrics, track ROI and validate assumptions.
• Drive adoption and go-to-market plans and communicate strategy and progress.
• Mentor and coach product colleagues and promote technical excellence.
