Job summary

Digital Gurus in Leeds is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for its web and mobile products and to work with DevOps, operations and commercial teams. You will set the vision, manage the backlog, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and coordinate releases while ensuring integrations, security and data protection are handled.

You will also collaborate with technical, operations and commercial teams, building a solid business case for new products and engaging with stakeholders

Qualifications

• PM experience in a tech business with roadmap ownership.
• Experience with engineering, operations and commercial teams.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, security, and data protection.
• Ability to justify decisions with evidence.
• Experience with business cases and budgeting discussions.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and roadmap and update as priorities shift.
• Own the backlog and prioritise work by user value, risk and commercial return.
• Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release plans with DevOps and delivery leads.
• Manage client and third-party integrations and security requirements.
• Align technical, operations and commercial teams and report to senior leadership.
• Build the business case for new products and investment decisions.
• Track technical debt and aging systems and decide what to fix or replace.
• Feed support tickets, incidents and customer feedback back into the roadmap.
