Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the EMEAPAC MBD Operations team. You will coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage documentation, meetings, and progress reporting, helping deliver value to the business.

The role emphasizes process improvement, AI and automation adoption, data management and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid work model enabling office or remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced professional environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple business, technology and operational projects with clear objectives, timelines and risks.
• Produce and maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, requirements, process maps and status reports.
• Support governance, reporting, meeting coordination and action tracking for project managers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive buy-in.
• Leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Act as SME for Experience Management, ensuring efficient matter collection end-to-end processes.
