Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is seeking a Talent Advisor for the Newcastle area. The role supports the delivery of talent development and performance initiatives across the EMEAPAC region, working closely with HR, Reward, L&D and business partners.

The position offers a hybrid working model combining in-office and remote work, with responsibilities spanning communications, career development, and change activity to drive engagement and progression across the team.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of talent development processes across EMEAPAC.
• Assist with Workday-based talent processes including goal setting and performance activities.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and progression guidance.
• Coordinate communications and materials for career development initiatives.
• Support annual talent, performance, salary review and reward communications.
• Create training materials and stakeholder briefings to support talent initiatives.
