Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Newcastle seeks a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to manage international assignments from start to finish, coordinating with global mobility vendors and the Rewards team to deliver compliant, cost-aware mobility support.

Reporting to the Reward Manager in Newcastle, this role collaborates with EMEAPAC colleagues to drive process improvements and maintain the Global Mobility Cases tracker, ensuring timely guidance for employees and managers across the network.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on mobility guidance balancing objectives, cost, and compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for global mobility enquiries across EMEAPAC, providing timely guidance to employees and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments for mobility cases across EMEAPAC to identify and mitigate immigration, tax, social security, and employment risks.
• Coordinate with the managed services provider for day-to-day mobility logistics (housing, travel, shipments, destination services, visas).
• Drive continuous improvement of mobility processes, policies and reporting across EMEAPAC to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
