• Coordinate multiple business, technology and operational projects with defined timelines and risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation including RAID logs and status reports.
• Support planning, governance, reporting, meetings and action tracking.
• Manage content to ensure a single truth for key collateral.
• Oversee bid and experience systems and evaluation processes.
• Generate internal reporting requirements and metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Utilise Microsoft tools such as Copilot and Planner to track projects.
• Assist process improvement initiatives focusing on AI and automation.
