Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the EMEAPAC MBD Operations team. You will support delivery of multiple projects, coordinate governance and produce regular progress reports, while helping to improve operational effectiveness with AI-driven tools.

The role requires strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work options are available within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEAPAC MBD Operations team with project implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions and produce progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs and process maps.
• Assist with process improvements and AI-enabled tooling adoption.
