Zusammenfassung

Seccl is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to join our strategic delivery team in a hybrid role based in London or Edinburgh. You’ll own end-to-end programmes, from business case through to launch, migration and handover, across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and customers, drive decisions, manage risks, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives, often handling complex re-platforming and market expansion

Qualifikationen

• Background in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience leading large, complex programmes (e.g., major re-platforming or new market expansion).
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex programmes.
• Ability to create direction and structure where no playbook exists.
• Strong relationships and cross-team collaboration; able to challenge and hold teams accountable.

Aufgaben

• Own complex strategic programmes end to end, from business case to launch and handover.
• Build the business case, delivery plan, team and governance needed to move a programme.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Risk, Finance and others.
• Drive decisions and resolve blockers, while managing risks, dependencies, scope, cost and timelines.
• Lead commercial discussions with customer firms where needed, working with Commercial and Legal.
• Run readiness and go/no-go decisions, then close programmes against their original business case.
