Seccl is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team in a hybrid role based in Holborn, London or George Street, Edinburgh. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for Product and Engineering, delivering with pace while keeping candidate experience high.

You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers, source proactively, and guide teams through market insight and evidence-based decisions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple live roles in a fast-moving, scaling business.
• Expertise in Product and Engineering hiring with technical understanding and market knowledge.
• Confident direct sourcer who can find, engage and build relationships with strong candidates.
• Delivery-focused, organised and proactive, creating momentum with minimal direction.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Willing to recruit outside core specialism when needed; experience in scale-ups valued.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering end-to-end hiring across a portfolio of roles, primarily within Product and Engineering.
• Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency management, and creative search approaches.
• Creating pace across every hiring process and removing blockers to keep candidates moving.
• Partnering with hiring managers to clarify needs, share market insight and support decisions.
• Maintaining a high hiring bar and an engaging candidate experience with minimal unnecessary process.
• Using hiring data to continually improve delivery and share insights with the team.
