Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a proactive Business Analyst on a 12 month FTC to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, elicit requirements, and drive improvements that boost efficiency and performance across the organisation.

In this hybrid role, you will lead workshops, refine requirements, and support change readiness as Rexel implements new systems and processes that enhance teamwork and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and IT.
• Ability to document current and future states and requirements.
• Experience enabling technology solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving change in a hybrid, project-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.
• Document As-Is and To-Be workflows for new systems and processes.
• Lead workshops and interviews to elicit and document requirements.
• Support governance, track actions, and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
