NiCE is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Systems Engineer to run production environments, build scalable infrastructure, and improve reliability across a distributed software stack. You will monitor health, tune performance, and partner with development teams to streamline releases.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in a similar role, proficiency in Python/Go/Java/C#, cloud basics on AWS, and expertise in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

Formación

• 3–6 years in a similar role focusing on systems engineering, automation, and reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java/C#) with scripting
• Deep understanding of AWS and cloud services and reliability constraints.
• Experience with infrastructure as code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Solid containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; microservices experience.
• Hands-on monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch.
• Experience in incident management, postmortems, and cross-team communication

Responsabilidades

• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and health.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and apps.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software suite.
• Measure and optimize system performance; push capabilities forward.
• Provide operations support and engineering for large distributed apps.
