Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to shape and implement the National Lottery procurement strategy for the next decade, building relationships with Facilities Management, Retail Operations, and Product teams. The role covers supplier research, RFPs, contract negotiations, and onboarding, with a focus on sustainable sourcing and governance.

You’ll manage multiple time-sensitive requests, engage senior stakeholders including executives, and deliver savings while aligning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in selecting, onboarding, and managing suppliers.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier agreements within FM, People Operations, Retail categories.
• Excellent relationship management with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively own and manage regular stakeholder contact for your business areas and build a pipeline of requirements to enable savings forecasting.
• Capture detailed requirements and source third parties to meet them by conducting research and shortlisting suppliers.
• Run the RFP process, coordinating supplier pitches with internal stakeholders.
• Provide data and detail to governance processes and ensure compliant procurement activities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder input in selection and engagement processes.
• Lead award decisions and appoint new suppliers.
• Draft commercial terms and negotiate with Legal teams.
• Deliver savings and build a pipeline of future opportunities.
• Develop and share the category strategy roadmap with stakeholders.
