Qualifications

• ERP-type systems such as Sage, Oracle or SAP.
• Proven track record delivering complex, client-facing projects.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of software implementations from contract to go-live
• Primary client contact throughout each project; manage expectations and relationships
• Work with development team to configure and tailor the platform to client workflows
• Deliver training and support adoption during transition
• Identify and drive improvements to implementation methodology and processes
• Manage multiple concurrent projects independently
