Job summary

Tag is seeking a Technology Implementation Project Manager to implement software solutions for clients. You will work with the Head of Implementation to scope, build, and deliver technology in agreed timeframes and to client expectations.

You will manage stakeholder relationships and resources, perform configuration tasks, and ensure successful project completion across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• At least 2 years’ experience in technical customer service or software context.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC; experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics).
• Familiarity with web technologies and open source software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the diligence/discovery process capturing software and process requirements using business and technical analysis.
• Capture client’s current state process maps; analyze and improve efficiency within the marketing lifecycle.
• Lead development of software specifications and configuration requirements for new client solutions.
• Manage and ensure successful client UAT sign-off and delivery.
• Coordinate training and ensure timely reporting and project documentation.
