Job summary

TrinIT Talent Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract in Central London. You will build and support ITSM on the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing modules, and handling integration work.

Day-to-day you will code in JavaScript, use Glide API, Flow Designer, REST and SOAP integrations, and contribute to CMDB, Service Catalogue and Service Portal. Hybrid role with 2 days on site weekly.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years hands on ServiceNow development, with 7 to 12+ years total IT experience.
• 3+ years ITSM implementation experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS-ITSM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build out and support ITSM platform on ServiceNow.
• Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow across modules.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Work on integrations using REST, SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Handle CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue and Service Portal configurations.
• Testing, troubleshooting, deployments and documentation.
