Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support or EUC with hands-on, face-to-face support.
• Excellent people skills; calm, articulate and customer-focused with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in ITIL environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on desktop and remote IT support
• Supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams and MFA
• Building, configuring and troubleshooting laptops and other hardware
• Supporting video conferencing and collaboration technology
• Resolving incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Delivering a professional and friendly service to users
