Tiger Resourcing Group are representing a leading global technology and engineering organisation in Redhill, UK. They seek a senior Service Design Manager to define and implement service design and transition across a large, critical technology environment.

The role involves leading end-to-end service design activities, ensuring processes, governance and documentation are in place to support delivery across the full service lifecycle. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Service Design and Service Transition within large-scale IT programmes.
• Strong end-to-end service lifecycle knowledge: design, testing, change, release and transition.
• Experience producing service design artefacts: high/low level designs, impact assessments, documentation.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the Service Design and Service Transition Plan in line with governance.
• Lead development of end-to-end service designs covering design, change, testing and transition.
• Ensure new/changed services can be implemented safely with minimal disruption to live services.
• Manage service acceptance criteria, impact assessments and traceability through design and testing.
• Coordinate across suppliers and teams for integrated service design and accountability.
• Oversee governance of service design artefacts and assurance documentation.
• Lead CAB activities and drive service readiness and handover to live operations.
