Maximus in Crewe is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of Health Practitioners and admin staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience. You will drive performance through MI, onboard new HPs, and coordinate resource planning with managers to meet KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel to the Crewe office is required as part of this hybrid position.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with health and admin staff.
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor performance and KPIs.
• Excellent communication with peers, management, and external stakeholders.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operational and clinical performance with MI at site level.
• Onboard new HPs and manage entry journey per HR processes.
• Assist Resource Managers with planning and resource allocation.
• Lead team meetings and communicate updates across the team.
• Review complaints and CSAT data to improve claimant experience.
• Oversee Facilities Management and safety procedures.
