Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner in Bourne End, UK, to drive end-to-end inbound planning and optimize inventory across global suppliers. The role combines in-office collaboration (3 days) with remote working (2 days) to support strategic supply initiatives.

You will own the product portfolio's performance, partner with Sales, Finance and Planning teams, and lead continuous improvement efforts across planning systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven experience in demand or supply planning within a multinational.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing external suppliers/logistics providers.
• Proactive mindset with continuous process improvements.
• Advanced English communication; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inbound planning and logistics from global suppliers.
• Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand and improve service.
• Develop and execute end-to-end supply strategy for a product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and global planning teams.
• Drive on-time shipments, forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
