Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning with understanding of production constraints and supplier capabilities.
• Experience using ERP or advanced planning systems (Oracle, SAP, APCC) to manage material planning, demand, supply, and planning exceptions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize demands, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and maintain daily supply chain operations across materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand planning, and order fulfillment to ensure continuity of supply and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor supplier commitments and performance, identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation plans to prevent disruptions.
• Balance constrained supply across multiple sites to optimize inventory and protect production schedules.
• Optimize planning parameters, master data, and system settings to improve forecast accuracy and planning stability.
• Lead daily planning activities to identify and resolve supply chain issues and implement preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactical improvements that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and lead Six Sigma and process optimization projects.
• Provide guidance to planners by promoting standardized processes and effective communication across the supply chain.
