Job summary

Zebra Technologies Europe Limited in Bourne End, UK is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead end-to-end inbound planning and logistics. You will optimise inventory levels, drive continuous improvement across planning systems, and collaborate with global teams in a hybrid role with 3 days in the Bourne End office and 2 days working from home.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in demand or supply planning, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in demand or supply planning, multinational context preferred.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing external suppliers and logistics providers.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Advanced MS Excel; ERP systems (Oracle) and planning software (Oracle Fusion DM Cloud).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming supply by tracking, prioritising, and expediting shipments and negotiating delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory health, review slow/non-moving stock, optimise safety stock and reduce obsolescence.
• Act as central owner and SME for a defined product portfolio.
• Develop and execute end-to-end supply strategy aligned with business goals.
• Take full ownership of portfolio performance and KPIs.
• Make decisions impacting on-time shipments, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and global planning teams to resolve constraints.
