Job summary

You will direct project delivery from entry to closure, align leadership on risk mitigation, and ensure resources, budgets and timelines meet business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and expertise in project practices with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Previous Project and Programme management experience in a senior role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Expertise in project practices.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Project certification (APM/Prince2) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the project delivery process from entry to closure.
• Own the VGUK transformation project portfolio, ensuring timelines, resources, budgets, and risks are managed.
• Lead programme and transformation work streams delivering to wider timelines and strategy.
