Allianz UK seeks a Principal Pricing Optimisation Analyst to lead price optimisation for Broker Home products across multiple offices in London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford or Leeds. The role blends technical analytics with stakeholder advisory, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to shape pricing strategy and drive business impact.

Formación

• Experience in an insurance pricing role creating and using predictive models in a programming language such as WTW Emblem, WTW Radar, or Python.
• Proficiency in data pipeline and analysis tools, e.g. Databricks, SQL, PySpark, or equivalent.
• Capability to review and sign-off other team members' data pipelines, models and analyses, to build high-quality pricing processes.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and the UK regulatory environment.
• Understanding of modelling techniques including GLMs and GBMs, with ML applications in insurance pricing.
• Experience in Willis Towers Watson's Radar software or equivalent packages.
• Proficiency in core MS Office applications.
• Ability to build relationships across Pricing and the wider business.
• Experience of planning and managing projects from inception to completion.
