You will develop and implement rating proposals, collaborating with the Broker business and pricing teams to improve underwriting performance. Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines pricing and pricing analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modelling tools (SQL, Python, Databricks).
• Understanding of pricing elements and statistical modelling methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pricing analysis to support underwriting performance.
• Contribute to technical pricing projects and data controls.
