Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex client payrolls across multiple frequencies.
• Run payrolls end-to-end, including submissions, deadlines and HMRC liaison.
• Review payrolls for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Be the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to queries promptly.
• Develop strong relationships and understand client needs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Organise workload especially during peak periods.
• Support team development and keep payroll knowledge up to date.
• Stay ahead of legislative changes and identify improvements.
