Job summary

Ocado Retail Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Reporting to own the monthly balance sheet and cash flow statements and deliver robust statutory reporting for stakeholders. You will partner with the business on leases and fixed assets, ensuring policy compliance and strong governance.

You’ll liaise with the Finance Manager and Audit teams in a fast-paced hybrid environment, contributing to continuous improvements in reporting processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in technical accounting.
• Experience in statutory reporting or audits (practice or industry).
• Strong IFRS knowledge and accounting policy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of monthly balance sheet and cash flow statement delivery.
• Lead statutory financial reporting for external parties (M&S / Ocado Group).
• Partner with finance on leases and fixed assets accounting implications.
• Provide expert technical accounting guidance and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate external audit activities and support auditors.
• Drive process improvements, automation and controls across financial systems.
