Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Head of Group Financial Planning to partner with Group Ops and the Office of the CEO, driving monthly reporting, budgeting and rolling outlooks while supporting cost initiatives and cash flow optimisation.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, mentor a Finance Business Partner, and champion consistency across the Group Ops finance team as part of a high-visibility executive finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted finance partner to Group Operations functions.
• Own budgeting and outlook cycles and monthly reporting.
• Provide strategic financial support, identify risks and mitigations.
• Drive cash flow optimisation and cost initiative evaluation.
• Mentor and support junior finance colleagues.
