Job summary
Ocado Group is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with Group Operations, driving monthly management reporting, annual budget cycles and rolling outlooks. You will provide strategic financial support, identify risks, and challenge cost initiatives while mentoring a Finance Business Partner to ensure consistency across the team.
Based in Hatfield, you will liaise with senior leaders and gain exposure to FP&A, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations while supporting cash flow
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in accounting or finance business partnering.
- Strong financial and management reporting skills including budgeting and outlooks.
- Experience mentoring junior finance colleagues is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted finance business partner to Group Operations functions.
- Translate business strategy into financial plans through budgets and outlooks.
- Provide strategic financial support and mitigate financial risks for cost initiatives.
- Monitor monthly spend against budget and flag risks/opportunities.
