Job summary

Ocado Group seeks a high-visibility Senior Finance Manager to embed within the Executive team, partnering with the CEO Office, Legal, People and Rewards. You will own core financial processes across Group Operations, driving monthly management reporting, the annual budget, and rolling outlooks while guiding decision support and cash flow optimisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior finance partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient with BI tools and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to drive monthly reporting and annual budgeting.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans and cost initiatives.
• Monitor spend vs. budget and support cash flow improvement.
• Mentor junior finance colleagues and drive process improvements.
