Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to embed within its executive team, partnering with the CEO, Legal, People, and Reward to drive monthly management reporting, the annual budget, and rolling outlooks. You will shape financial plans, challenge cost initiatives, and optimise cash flow across Group Operations.

You will work with Deputy CEO and senior leaders to mentor the finance team and ensure consistent FP&A practices across the Group Ops function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in finance business partnering.
• Strong relationships with Exec-level stakeholders and senior finance teams.
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting (Outlook) cycles.
• Proficient in BI tools and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Being a trusted finance business partner to key Group Operations functions.
• Build relationships with Deputy-CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, Head of Reward.
• Translate strategy into financial plans via budgets and outlooks.
• Provide strategic financial support and mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor monthly spend vs budget to support positive cash flow.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes within Group Ops.
• Support and mentor the Finance Business Partner covering GTS.
