Saffron is seeking an experienced senior housing leader to shape the future of our services and keep tenants at the heart of our developments. You will set direction, inspire teams and drive delivery across Housing, Independent Living, Service Charges, Rent & Income through Heads of Service, building leadership capability and enabling sustainable change.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced senior housing leader with a strong track record of leading complex customer-facing services, shaping strategy and delivering meaningful service, performance and cultural improvement.
• Deep understanding of social housing, regulation, governance and assurance, and the judgement to work with an Executive Team and Board.
