Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd. partners with a respected Norfolk-based housing provider to recruit a Director of Tenant Services on the Senior Leadership Team. You will set direction, inspire teams, and keep tenants and communities central to every decision.

You will lead Housing, Independent Living, and Service Charges, Rent & Income through three Heads of Service, balancing vision with practical delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. This role is based in Norfolk with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at director level in housing or equivalent regulated, customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record of service transformation and cultural change at scale.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulation, Consumer Standards, safeguarding and ombudsman expectations.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear, ambitious direction for Tenant Services that translates social purpose into services.
• Drive performance, value for money and service improvement using data and tenant insight.
• Provide assurance to the Executive Team and Board on regulatory compliance, risk and governance.
