DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to shape the narrative for the Digital and Transformation Group and engage colleagues across the organisation.

You will design and deliver high impact communications strategies, briefings and messages that connect people to priorities, achievements and ambitions. You will work with senior leaders and partners to build trust and understanding of DTG's work.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in engagement and internal communications.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing decisions on complex issues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality outputs in fast paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement strategies to bring DTG's story to life for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders to communicate clearly and with impact.
• Create compelling narratives, briefings and key messages connecting people to vision and work.
• Build relationships across DWP, government and delivery partners to engage audiences.
• Identify audiences, understand needs and develop approaches to build awareness and trust.
