  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including prioritising stakeholders, building relationships, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering engagement activity.
  • Experience designing and delivering innovative, user-focused communications or engagement strategies that achieved measurable impact.
You and your role

As a Senior Digital Engagement Manager, you'll lead engagement strategies that bring DTG's story to life, helping colleagues and stakeholders understand our purpose, priorities, achievements and ambitions.

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert advice and support to help them communicate clearly, consistently and with impact. You'll create compelling narratives, briefings and key messages that connect people to our vision and the role they play in delivering it.

You'll build strong relationships across DWP, government and delivery partners, creating meaningful opportunities to engage audiences in our work and the transformation we're delivering. You'll identify who we need to reach, understand what matters to them and develop approaches that build awareness, trust and support for DTG's priorities.
