Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to shape the narrative for the Digital and Transformation Group. You’ll contribute to how colleagues understand our purpose, priorities, achievements and ambitions, and feel connected to the work we deliver.

Working with senior leaders, you’ll provide expert advice and support to help them communicate clearly, consistently and with impact. You’ll create compelling narratives and messages that connect people to our vision and their role

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing strategic communications advice to senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies to bring DTG's story to life and connect colleagues to the purpose, priorities and ambitions.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders on communicating clearly, consistently and with impact.
• Build relationships across DWP, government and delivery partners to raise awareness and trust in DTG's priorities.
