Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to shape the narrative for the Digital and Transformation Group. You will lead engagement strategies, create compelling narratives, and advise senior leaders to communicate with impact, connecting colleagues to our priorities and ambitions.

You'll work in a hybrid model (home and hub) and collaborate with partners across government to strengthen engagement and understanding of the transformation we deliver.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating high-quality content and evaluating communications or engagement activity.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outputs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience providing strategic communications advice to senior leaders and influencing decision-making on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies to bring DTG's story to life and connect colleagues to the vision.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders to communicate clearly and with impact.
• Develop narratives, briefings and key messages for broad audiences across DWP and partners.
