Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to shape communications for the Digital and Transformation Group. You’ll lead engagement strategies to bring DTG’s story to life, helping colleagues understand priorities and feel connected to what we are delivering.

You will work with senior leaders to provide expert advice, craft compelling narratives and messages, and build relationships across DWP and delivery partners to engage internal audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce high-quality content.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Experience advising senior leaders on communications strategy and influencing decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritising stakeholders and building relationships.
• Experience designing user-focused communications or engagement strategies with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies that bring the DTG's story to life and connect colleagues to its priorities.
• Provide expert communications advice to senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.
