Newcode Partnership is seeking a hands-on Sales Coach & Team Leader to develop and motivate its SDR team in Leyland. This player-coach role splits time between making outbound calls and coaching, leading by example against sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or informally leading colleagues.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable giving clear, constructive feedback.
• Organised and able to balance personal sales targets with team coaching.
• Able to commute to the Leyland office three days a week.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls and meet personal targets for call activity, qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Model effective prospecting, qualification and objection handling.
• Listen to live and recorded calls and give practical, timely feedback.
• Run daily team huddles, call-shadowing sessions and role-plays.
• Hold regular one-to-one coaching sessions and support individual development.
• Help onboard and develop new SDRs.
• Monitor individual and team performance and identify coaching needs.
• Work with leadership to improve scripts, talk tracks and outreach approaches.
• Help maintain a positive, supportive and high-energy team culture.
