Salesforce, based in London, is seeking an experienced Architect to lead Agentforce + Data Cloud implementations. You will engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, DevOps, and solution design, guiding migrations and ROI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required.
• Minimum 2 Salesforce solution lifecycles; preference for Agentforce or Data/AI.
• 8+ years of enterprise consulting with Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience guiding migration and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for Success Architect org.
• Evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps in standard product capabilities or craft architect solutions.
• Influence executives while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data Cloud.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Foster thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
