Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a Salesforce Platform Lead to own end-to-end Salesforce strategy and governance. You will lead enterprise-wide solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds, acting as Product Owner to prioritise backlogs and deliver measurable business value.

You will drive platform performance, oversee integrations, and guide multiple teams and partners to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Expertise across Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.
• Experience owning platform governance, performance and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions across Clouds.
• Act as Product Owner, prioritising backlog and delivering measurable value.
• Ensure platform performance, governance, reliability and KPIs.
• Provide architectural leadership across integrations, data models, automation and security.
• Drive delivery across multiple teams and partners for scalable outcomes.
• Collaborate with enterprise systems to enable end-to-end processes.
• Champion AI, automation and integration capabilities.
