Job summary

Heathrow is seeking a Salesforce Architect to define and govern multi-cloud Salesforce architectures and roadmaps, driving IT strategy and platform governance across CRM, Data & AI, and Digital Commerce. You will own the Salesforce architecture, guide delivery teams, enforce security and performance best practices, and shape integration patterns while partnering with HAL IT and external vendors.

This role supports a hybrid working model; you must be based in the UK and within commutable distance

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Architect with large-scale enterprise programmes and multi-cloud projects.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) and contact centre architectures.
• Strong enterprise integration experience across cross-platform interfaces.
• Hands-on Salesforce architecture with data modelling, security, Apex, LWC and flows.
• DevOps, CI/CD and SDLC governance with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate IT architectures and roadmaps to diverse stakeholders.
• Govern HAL IT initiatives and maintain integrity across teams.
• Own and govern Salesforce architecture aligning with business goals.
• Design and govern integration solutions with security and resilience standards.
• Provide technical leadership across Apex, LWC, data, security and DevOps.
