Job summary

UST is seeking a Principal Salesforce Engineer in London hybrid to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions within a leading Asset Management environment.

You will work with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive engineering excellence, shape platform strategy, and deliver innovative Salesforce capabilities leveraging modern features like Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and code quality practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and influence platform standards.
