Forward Role is partnering with an interior design specialist in Manchester to recruit a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid role offers three days onsite and two remote, supporting the Business Development team, managing sales trackers, CRM, bids and client meetings in a fast-paced environment.

You will gather marketing materials, liaise with consultants and supply partners, coordinate tender responses and help plan events and CSR initiatives.

Formación

• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in sales support, business development, bid or marketing coordination, ideally in building/interior design.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Strong communicator and writer, able to work with directors, designers, clients and suppliers.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and commercially aware.

Responsabilidades

• Support the BD team by capturing data, managing sales trackers, formatting tender responses and coordinating client meetings.
• Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and improving processes.
• Assist with quotations and bid proposals, building a digital bid repository and taking on bid writing.
• Manage client contracts and internal sign-offs including registration, archiving, dispatching and tracking.
• Gather marketing and bid materials (CVs, imagery, case studies, testimonials) and coordinate with external consultants; plan events and CSR initiatives.
