Job summary

Forward Role are partnering with an interior design business to recruit a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (B2B) in Manchester. The role offers hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and around £40,000+ depending on experience.

You will support the BD team, manage sales trackers, bids and contracts, and coordinate marketing materials. A strong focus on data, CRM, and coordinating with designers and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, business development, bid or marketing coordination.
• Strong data management and CRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the BD team by capturing data, managing sales trackers, formatting tender responses and coordinating client meetings.
• Maintain the CRM system and improve CRM processes.
• Assist with quotations, bid proposals, and build a digital bid repository; progress to bid writing.
• Manage client contracts and internal sign-offs, including registering, archiving, dispatching and tracking documents.
• Gather and manage marketing and bid materials; liaise with external consultants and plan events.
