Confidential in Worsley is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to handle a mix of inbound and warm outbound calls, driving enquiries to successful sales. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, a basic salary of 27,560 and uncapped commission with an OTE of 40,000–48,000.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, overcome objections and close sales while delivering first-class customer service and hitting personal targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience meeting sales or performance targets (essential).
• Confident and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Make outbound warm calls and follow up on website leads.
• Promptly follow up website enquiries.
