enable recruitment | B Corp™ in Reading is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its team on a hybrid basis. You don't need years of experience or a background in technology sales; if you've got some sales experience and enjoy speaking to people, this could be a great next step.

The role blends new business, outbound sales and account development, with a base salary of £26,000 plus commission and a hybrid working pattern.

Formación

• Some experience in sales, customer service, business development or another customer-facing role.
• Confidence speaking to people over the phone and building rapport.
• A positive attitude towards targets, feedback and learning.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• The motivation to generate new business rather than rely entirely on inbound leads.
• A willingness to learn a specialist product and understand how it helps customers.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of your development.

Responsabilidades

• Research businesses and identify potential new customers
• Pick up the phone, send emails and use digital channels to open new conversations
• Follow up inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
• Speak with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
• Learn the company's products and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotes and proposals with support where needed
• Manage sales opportunities from the first conversation through to closing
• Build relationships with new customers and develop existing accounts
• Keep your pipeline and customer information organised using the CRM
• Work with other teams to make sure customers receive a great experience
• Learn from the wider team and continually improve your sales approach
