Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Safety-Related Electronics and Embedded Software Engineer to design and deliver high-integrity hardware and embedded software for safety-critical applications. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical coordination across the product lifecycle, from concept through verification and qualification.

You will work on safety objectives, architecture decisions, and assurance evidence, with experience in electronics and embedded software.

Formación

• Experience in safety-related, high-integrity environments.
• Proven ability to capture requirements and verify traceability.
• Knowledge of safety lifecycle principles and assurance evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on architecture level design and assurance for systems with embedded electronics.
• Review circuitry schematics or software source code as needed.
• Translate customer and safety needs into clear hardware/software requirements with traceability.
• Allocate safety requirements across electronics, firmware and software.
• Conduct hazard analysis, risk assessment and safety arguments.
• Collaborate across customers, internal teams and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Provide technical product management and maintain delivery roadmaps.
• Engage with customers to clarify needs and support evidence-based decisions.
